You have to clone Top menus, Search frame, Browsed by catagary,
Right Side Sign In, Registration ( those dynamics menu belove sign in Make sure it's there) , Advertisement Section, Instead of Safe Trading You can use Business News, Universal Currancy Converter, Community Forum and Blog.

Just send me the Design of this website.

I will use asp.net AJAX , C# , MySql, Flash, Javascript

So basically I need Design not programming. I need everything Setup the way i want then i will do the data entry later on.
It should look professional website. This website is for Business trading. So make sure you pick right color and format website.
