Description: I need a clean 3 column template using CSS and no images. I need 4 variations of this including complimentary color changes and vertical/horizontal menu options. Space for a logo , and footer should be included too.

I intend on building something along the lines of a my yahoo or google homepage, so I would like it "sectionalized" and be able easily change the page layout. ie , "login section", "news section","weather section" (I dont need the drag and drop ability like google, I will manually rearrange) I would like the sections to be clearly defined with a light border and bolder heading.

I will not work with a company- ONLY individuals. MUST be fluent in english.

Bids without examples of prior work wont even be considered. Examples of a template as I described with your bid will obviously get preferential treatment.
