Description:	This is the project with the same requirements as the projects number 233223 and 236063. The requirements are the same, only input psd+html template is changed. We want to try cooperation with several freelancers and after completed job we will decide about future partnership. The text below is repeated from the previous projects. The attachment contains specification, standard content and input template. We need a series of clean html/CSS templates designed according to given html + psd templates and content posted in attachment. The templates must be xHTML 1.0 Transitional Table-less CSS markup compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari. Your bid will be for a single template, and if we are satisfied with the work upon completion, we will post another project for the designer to engage in ongoing work with templates design. The templates use table-less CSS layout, so do not bid for this project unless you are experienced with CSS! Your job is to: 1. Transform existing html template into table-less one. 2. Enter given content (see attachment) into template and add predefined given CSS files (see attachment). 3. Create a new CSS files (and potentially xhtml) to fit the given content into template. This includes editing and fitting of graphical elements (cutting pieces from the given psd files or modification of these pieces or creating a new elements). 4. Edit graphical elements and CSS files for additional color schemes according to given psd files. The resulting template shell satisfy all requirements given in attachment. Do not bid until you check the attachment and read the detailed specification. The psd file will be sent by email upon the project is awarded, due to attachment size limitation.
