Description

I am an affiliate markter for the website www.dentalplans.com

I have my own domain www.commonsensedentalplans.com

1. I need the main page up on my site replaced with a slightly different design that has already been created - it just needs to be uploaded to my hosting account and activated.

I need to be sure that it is "linked up" with my affilliate acount so I continue to be paid commissions.

2. I also need a 2nd page created for the site. It is basically a "hidden" page that my autoresponder sends people to (can not get to this page from the main page). This page has not been designed yet. I would like it to have a similar color scheme to the main page. There are 3 things needed on this page:
a. Click on a button to downlaod a "free report" (a PDF file).
b. A youtube video embedded that people can play.
c. A button that re-directs people to the main page.

3. I would also like the metatags on the main page updated so that they reflect a couple new keywords.

All the necessary files are ready to go. I will post the project and check it often. Once I have chosen the bid, I will have the material to you ASAP. I would like to have this project complete by tomorrow at the latest.
