Current site is PR3 with numerous articles from various sources.

All articles are related to health issues. I have written most of these articles.

The site is located at http://www.healthfreedom.ws

Each article has a 150x150 thumbnail on index page and 3-4 images on article page about 350x400.

We need this site converted to either a blog format or an article format using a template/script that you will suggest. The template will have the following characteristics:

1. All page will closely resemble the current layout.
2. Each article will have a monitored comment facility that will allow follows and allow html including linking with anchor text. The maximum comments will be 30 and after 30 comments are received and announcement will appear that comments are closed and provide the date that the closing occurred.
3. RSS feeds will be automatic so that each new article will be automatically fed to search engines, blog feeds, health feeds, etc.
4. An article creation page that will allow uploading and positioning of images, H tags, etc. from the creation page, a keyword listing, a summary and title, etc.
5. A "cycling" system that will move the articles off the index page onto an index2 page, then an index3 page, etc. after the index page have 20 articles on it.
6. A facility to allow authors to request permission to publish their article with hotlinks/anchor text on both the index pages and the article page itself.

As we receive your comments and clarifications this description will probably change. But all bidders will be apprised of each change and be requested to re-bid if necessary.

The main work here will be moving the current content to the new script.

I expect that some WordPress, Drupal or other template will be used. There is another template called "Article Friendly" that will probably work and that I have purchased and is available for use. Please see www.crownpublishers.org
