Description:	I have setup a classic 100% css design template, it has valid css and html, it works perfect in all major browsers, it has a very basic set up header, footer and contents. The main idea of design was to get the footer of the web page to appear either at the bottom of the browser window or the bottom of the web page content whichever is visually lowest. The problem is that the footer is overlapping my contents and my header, this is what needs to be fixed, I only need one final tune-up using css only, no tables. I will provide with link to this template to bidders.
