Description: I wish to have 2 CSS designed web pages created. One page will be the index.html, the other a more simplified version, which will be the template for many other pages.

The site wil be used to provide updated information within a certain industry.

I have attached a file which provides links to similar required style websites. More details are included in the attachment.

The final design must be compliant to the main browsers.
It is important that the winner bidder has a clear understanding of English.
