Description

Our existing website uses tables very heavily and we want to update the site with the use of CSS. I have all the site graphics that I would use, so I really only need the design.

Here are two sites that I really like the look and feel of:

1.) www.salesforce.com
2.) www.adobe.com

Desired portions of site:

These sites both have floating sections for navigation links, which is an appealing characteristic of what we are searching for. I want the site to be flexible and have a few variations of the layout so that I can choose whether or not to show a flash video at the top (I would do the flash work, but would need a placeholder) whereas other pages may only require a page title.

Please take a few minutes to browse these two sites to avoid confusion of design requirements. Our color scheme should reflect our new product logo for the site.

I would like to have the delivered by April 12, 2007 and have a firm budget of $250 USD.

Please include samples of "relevant" work you have done. Only designers who have experience with CSS will be considered - We don't want to be a guinea pig project.

Menus for navigation must not use FLASH at all.

Payment will be as follows:

* Down payment - upon selection of vendor (place 50% into escrow)
* Delivery payment - once I have files and can ensure ease of integration with my web content - I will use it on one sample page of our site to ensure the requirements have been met (I don't want to find out after looking at a beautiful sample that a non-standard technique was used and we be stuck with a site that is difficult to use)
