Description

copy this CSS, name it style_blue.css and create BLUE color theme from it, and style_red.css and create RED color theme.

change color appropriate to theme
1. on top menu nav, Change selected link color.
2. h1 color
3. convert fieldset to div, legend also to div
4. eliminate top,mid, bottom images from template
5. change page background color
