Description

I have a web site using Wordpress on mySQL using a theme.

It's pretty simple what I need:

1)A menu across the top of the site added. It has to keep everything uniform throughout the current design. There is empty space there that it can fit in.

It's frustrating me, however it should be easy for a CSS guru.
