Description: I need one page of a site created in CSS. I will plug in all content and images. I just need to have the div tags set up in the appropriate places in the HTML so that I can easily add to the page.

The page needs to be designed for 800x600 screen and compatible with all browsers.

See attached image for the site design. I have added instructions to give direction.

Need the project to be completed ASAP.
