Seems pretty simple, block flow problems are usually just an over-sight in the CSS, particularly for divs. FF and Opera do it the standards way, which requires a little bit more work than IE, which will also do the standards way, but permits a short-cut. I've had 5 years experience with HTMl/xHTML/CSS, doing them to W3C standards. This should be a relatively easy one to fix.
