Description:	This is a repost of a previous project that was awarded to a consultant who failed on it. We have a large PHP application that we are nearing completion on, and are having problems with block flow in Firefox browsers which do not appear to be issues for IE. I need a CSS expert who understands the differences between CSS implementations between W3C and IE browsers. Please do not bid on this project if you are a generic web designer, and not an expert in CSS. We won't respond to your bid and you are wasting your time. I need someone who truly is a guru in CSS and can handle this job. I've already been let down by another consultant, so I'm not going to let that happen a 2nd time. We have video demonstrations of the problems available to the appropriate candidate for this work. Also if the work is done well, we have LOTS of other projects like this (and much bigger) that we would be interested in talking to the successful consultant about. Thanks for bidding!
