Timeframe: 1 to 2 days

What I want:

I need a very simple 2 Page website created (it will be installed on a domain with SSL)

2 Page Website - Then Sister Site Created For Spanish (we'll provide content)

Home: description of the process. Contact us information. Gives visitor 4 Link/button choices

Link to - Apply now online. This takes them to the Application Page. Application Page is an application. Form fields are attached to the project details. I do not need data stored in a database. I just need form info sent in an email.

Link to - Manually apply. This takes them to a downloadable PDF form ( will provide PDF Form) with link to install Adobe if not available. I will provide language

Link to - Don't run my credit just sign me up for VIP List. (this would link to an external website)

Link to - Servicios en Espanol - this would make the same site come up in spanish. Spanish site would have link back to english site.


The design would be very simple & plain. White background with text only maybe some colored borders just to look professional. No logo - nothing fancy.

Our domain with SSL is up and ready to go. Just need the basic website created.
