Description: Hello Freelancers,

I have a very basic html project. We basically need someone to make some minor adjustments and additions to our website to increase the percentage of visitors who fill out a form. In other words, we need you to upload our industry association links (there are 2), shorten the number of fields for our form submission, and add our form to a few pages. The only catch is we need it done to every page and the site has 235 pages.

Given the nature of the project, we are basically looking for the lowest price possible. Please post or private message if you have any other questions. Thanks.
