Description

I am looking to start an adult content forum website. I would like the posters to have the ability to submit a picture in their post as well as discussions.

One website I would like to model after is: http://www.mistressdestiny.com/forums/

Ideally, I would like this done so that I can log into a website and control the forum and edit for content. I would like the ability to add pages/news/pictures

The only software I have is Microsoft FrontPage 2003. So this needs to be done in a manner that the only software I will need is this.
