I want the script to have a admin backend for me to...
- Add files by myself.
- Delete files/Update files.
- Edit/Delete User Comments.
- Make featured listing.
- Latest files block
- Top 10 files block
- Sponsored software block(s)
- News with Wysiwyg Editor(Admin posting only)
- Ability to add mirrors to files
- Must be able to add files by linking to links outside from the server. ex. http://download.com/files/firefox.zip

- User profiles(coming with ability to login/logout)
- User avatar and signature options in user control panel
- User ability to have "favorites files" list
- User ability to submit files/software(admin must approve)
- User ability to comment on files
- User ability to send in review(admin must approve)
- User ability to search database

Database must have links and categories already made! Either by fetching the links from Download.com, Tucows.com, or other free software sites. So that I don't have to link 10,000 files myself just to get the site going. Once again, I need a prefilled database to make things easier for me and you.
