Description

I need a few minor changes on my current Wordpress site. Also due to a recent hack of my site, i need to upgrade to the latest version of Wordpress.

Among the things I need are:

Upgrade to the latest version of Wordpress.

I need a black bar with the date the post was written that will appear only on the FIRST post for each day (see image)

I need my footer changed to include a small logo and links at the bottom (see image)

I need a top image bar (possibly a widget) that will only be visible when i include an image and will disappear (not be visible) when there is no image to display, the image needs to be able to include a link (see image)

I need my search bar changed a little just to include a black "go" (search) image next to the search box. (see image)

I also need to be able to add small side by side widgets (next to each other) on the sidebar for ad purposes. (see image)

I need the background color of the side right widget area change to a light gray. (see image)

I need to remove the page navigation menu at the bottom to just be a simple "next/previous" buttons (see image)

It would also be a big plus if you could update my navigation menu to look a bit cleaner and nicer, but this is not necessary. (see image)

I don't have a huge budget for this project so please keep bids low.
