Description

I need the attached file converted into a wordpress theme. The links across the top and the links down the side will be static. The links across the bottom will need to be a list of the available pages. The two headings will be blog entries for specific categories. The logos to the right will need to be easily swapped out as well as the main picture in the center.

Winner will be provided the illustrator file to work with. Please include time frame to complete.
