Description: Our start-up business needs a basic website which will develop into a full e-commerce website with sophisticated webcast and membership tools.

We don't want the CMS function to be over-customised as it's important that we remain free to develop things in-house or with another company/freelancer if necessary. (Though we hope and plan to have a long-term elationship with our initial provider.)

Phase 1

1.Basic content 3-4 different page layouts, 20-25 initial pages (us to write) at Levels 1, 2 and 3
2.Compatible with all major browsers
3.High accessibility standard
4.SEO text (us to write), links and structure
5.User sign-up to three different types of newsletter: Writing tips; Course information; Offers.
6. Newsletter facility.
7. Simple contact forms.
8. Simple to use Joomla CMS to allow us to update content on all pages and to add pages at levels 2 and 3 now and 4 (4 to add later).

1.Real-time inventory (of course dates with prices)
2.Book now
3.Payment gateway
4.Private members’ area with reference and resources.
5.Webcasts, video and audio.

Although this is a small project with a tight budget, there will be plenty of wor as our revenues come on stream.
