Project that will allow users to interact using video conferencing directly from browser or freely available plugins.

Users will be able to sign in have an account and update their profile, and have a profile page which provides extensive information about themselves.... ability to embed videos directly in portal essential.

Two users can interact directly over web browser using portal once signed in.

Facility to request meetings from one user to another.

Integration with various search engines for advertising (with a subtle approach)

Providers asked to use existing open source software, and implement the requirement using a modular approach.

Provider will be required to assist in the development of the requirements specifications (allow 2 - 3 days in the quotation).

May require multiple providers... depends on your expertise.

Portal must be able to work on wide range of browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari... etc...)
