Description: I want an interactive community site. I don't like the PHP boards or Vbulletin ones. I want it to have a simple to use interface.
The best site I've seen for this is http://www.newstoday.com/ and you'll find that you can:
1.easily register
2.easily post preview and submit content to the board.
3.the site has RSS feeds of the boards
4.moderators can delete content.
5.certain areas are for moderator posts only
They are more like shoutcasts.

I don't want you to copy this site, I want you to be inspired by it.
If you think you can re-create something like this for me and deal with my strictness, then I'm willing to offer you further work.

If anyone knows if http://www.newstoday.com/ use a system for their site, I'd like to know what it is?

I offer extra points for those that post project proposals in word format.
