Description

I already have a website template, but need a CMS to handle the following:

1. Client sign-on
I need a control panel that allows me to activate/deactivate user IDs and passwords. When the client signs in, I want him to get to a page where he can:
a. Upload files (I need him to be able to upload multiple files)
b. Enter instructions
c. Enter a deadline (a date)
d. Click on Submit (when he clicks on submit, I want a., b. and c. to be emailed to me)
e. Lost password (if the client forgets his password, I want the website to email it to him)

2. Quote Page (something similar to this: http://www.french-translations.ca/quote.htm)
When the client clicks on submit, I want the information to be emailed to me)

3. Search
When the client clicks on the Search button, I want information from my website to be displayed.

4. Content management and file-management tools
