Description:	I am looking to have a site built the works similar to ratemyprofessor.com. This would be a site where visitors could rate their experiences with photographers, makeup artists and models. I would want to site to be visually attractive, user friendly and modern. I would need the site to have a monthly/yearly subscription that would allow paid users to see every comment made, whereas unpaid users would only be able to see the overall score of a photographer or model. Also in the programming I would need an easy location where I could see all of the new comments made by users so that I can moderate and control imput for legal reasons. I do not have a HUGE budget because I am a Grad Student. I am looking to build 2 other sites within the year. I will periodically need upgrades and help with the three sites, which if the project goes well, I will rehire my programmer for every project from thereon. I only wish I knew some programming (I think i'm cute and talented when I post a picture online)
