Hello and thanks for reviewing our job.

We need to add a login section for investors on our exisiting website, www.altassetpartners.com whereby we would make the logo smaller (we have the logo sample to use, so no redesign needed there) and have an investor login section (i.e. input user/pw) to the right of it. Directly below the login section would be a link to click for a new user registration. When a user clicks new user registration, it will open up a separate window where a series of questions (that must be answered) will appear. We will need to be able to customize the fields on the user registation (we can provide a document which outlines exactly what we want to include here). After the new user registration is completed, then the system will need to verify the email address (i.e. after registration an email is sent to the address specified during the registration process and the user must click on a link in that email in order to verify their registration on the site) and before the username becomes live, it also requires our approval (i.e. after the registration is complete and the user confirms the email, we are notified (either via the control panel or through email) and then we have the ability to allow or reject the registration. Once we approve it, then the username becomes live and can access all areas of the investor login section. None of the data on the investor login section must be shown to any website viewers, unless they login first (i.e. this section will require the user to be logged in to view the data).

We also need the ability to upload pdf, xls, doc and ppt files to our server, which an investor can download after logging in, under the investor login section of our website. We need to be able to also add folders/sections (and name them) under which we can store additional files, viewable to logged in users.

In a control panel or under a separate admin login, we also need the ability to track user activity on the site (i.e. what info they downloaded, how many times and when). It would be nice if the system could generate reports on user activity such as this.
