Description: Greetings, I have a client interested in registering a domain name anonymously, preferably off-shore (we are in the united states). He then wishes to set up a merchant account offshore so as to be able to accept e-commerce payments at a low rate. If you give me a canned bid that you use elsewhere, I will add you to a list of service providers never to be considered for service, and will create a new website to showcase your names. Only bid if you are familiar with the type of service I'm asking for, and can provide examples of pages utilizing these services. (i.e. when i search whois.net there is no info available).
