Description:	I need to redesign and complete a website to get very high rankings. It's a travelwebsite for British people who go on holiday to Spain. There's a messageboard-community aswell but that's up and running perfect, but it mainly lists all the hotels of the main destinations. Wich redirects to affiliateprograms. I want the usual home-forum-links-webmasters menu either on top or on the left and the links should open in the middle. The forum is important and will open in a new window. No frames pages. On the left I want the 12 regions I'm covering, (later maybe want to extend to different countries)and they need to open in the middle aswell. When the link of the left city menu opens, I want to have on the right 4 links again for every city covering accomodation-information - weather - map wich will open in the middle again. Under the right menu I want room for buttons of sponsors. I have a logo, but might need some alternations if you think it does, go ahead. I also need a links page where people can add their own links after checking a reciplink. Here's an idea of it http://www.holidaysforbrits.com/benidormapartments.htm I like the layout and how the menus work in http://www.tshirtsafari.com/ except for the colours and the left and right menu should be smaller. I would want you to design all the pages with working links so I only have to put the content in the middle. I need to be able to add my own content in it in dreamweaver mx. I'm open to any ideas but don't need anything to fancy, it needs to be very easy to navigate and like I said get high searchengines rankings (don't we all) but can add them to the engines myself, so no need to do that. My budget is 200$ so no need to bid more and please only bid if you really want the project and don't deny it afterwards like I had before! if you can do it for less, I could use some buttons or banners for advertising the site. I'm a serious buyer and only wnat serious people to work with. 50% will be paid after I'm happy with a working demo of 1 city, the rest after I see the full site working. I want to rush anybody but would like to have it up and running soon. Thanks and hope to find the right person.
