Description

I am looking for a website developer to create an affiliate site for me. It will promote products through articles, banners and a store front. This store is already made by the affiliate, it is their online catalog store, I just need to link my completed site to it. This should be simple for those with experience.

The site will consist of articles and there will be banners linking to sites with products related to said articles.

I will do the writing, I need you to do the designing of the site and the developing along with the seo.

The site wil be simple using a template. Each page will be similar but with different text and promotions for different vendors.

SO for those who know how to set up sites it shold be pretty simple.

The SEO part is essential. I will need the real deal, not just submitting the site to some search engines. I need link building and all that good stuff, including effective meta tags etc etc.

Here are the things I need you to be able to do:

*web design

*link building
*all seo
*research the best keywords to use, ones that are powerful but not too hard to compete with, we want to be ont he first page of google results

I have a low budget but there could be many more project in the future through GAF
