Description

Need a web site design for Consulting services in IT area.

Number of pages: 2-10 (your suggestions)
Service Area: IT consulting (Network, Security, Design, SysAdmin)

Requirements:
1) Site MUST be portable (move with FTP/scp between sites);
2) Must be able to work off a plain web-server (Apache, IIS);
3) Must load fast (no flash/multimedia);
4) Simple code, easy to edit/extend later, preferable in HTML (notepad) or the Web-Editor of your choice;
5) Optional: free/low-cost hits/stats counters (your suggestions)

I will provide my resume with keywords, description of the services offered through web-site, and links to similar or competitors' web-sites.

Please provide links to samples of your work and web-editor you will be using (if any).

Create a portal for customer to ask for a quote, review quote and make a payment on-line (via a credit card, PayPal, etc, and/or to generate quotation and invoice).
Ability to enter details in invoice template and present on-line quote to customer.

Please indicate if you will be interested/qualified in doing the second stage.
