Description: I need to have a website built with the theme of Web Promotion tools and services. I am interested more in the tools and content than in the design (the design can be simple and plain). The tools can be shareware and/or open source, although I will consider purchasing reliable (but relatively inexpensive) programs. These tools should include Directory Submission, Search Engine Submission, Article Submission and Automatic Hits (must be legitimate hits from real people). This site must have a shopping cart for purchasing the following: a membership option, articles, the above individual services, and promotion plans. I need someone who has a clear vision in mind and can wisely advise me as to my options. I need to be able to make additions and changes to the website easily, as I will be maintaining it myself.
