Description

My team is going to launch web portal with a lot stuff (films, music, freebies...). We need professionals which will provide direction of traffic to the portal. It would be considered well if about 500 hosts unique ip-adresses, not hits) per day is provided. Certainly, spam is prohibited.
Candidates for this project must demonstrate and depict how they are going to accomplish such task. Well-done work will be greatly rewarded. So we need from you some bussines plan just to describe your action in order to achieve successful result.
