Description: This project is for a link building and SEO specialist.

I am looking to increase the PR of my site to a 4-5 and I am looking to do this through link building and SEO. The site has been neglected and the PR is currently on a 1.

I would like you to outline your SEO recommendations and give examples of previous work.

In regards to the link building:
1. Only permanent links accepted
2. All links to be one way, not reciprocal
3. All links must be visible to crawlers & must not include any redirects and may not be java scripts links
4. No link farms, spam websites or FFA pages
5. Limited numbers of links from blogs and directories
6. Links must be on pages that have been indexed by Google, MSN and Yahoo
7. Each Link have to be reviewed.
