This is the project:

A website with 2 pages:

2 Buy Now and picture icons for 2 products
1 product is a printed book
1 product is an eBook
Each product will be a link to another site that takes the order
Text to promote the book

Second page:

Leave comments in which we'll ask for email of person leaving comments. Comments will go to an email address and to a database to that I can build an email list. Date&time of comment has to be in the database.

The website has to have a clean, crisp, uncluttered web 2.0 look. I'll provide list of 3-5 other websites to have in mind as models.

In both pages the design has to consider that in the future I may want to add advertisement or links to promote other people's products.

I want to bid on certain google words so that a link to the site should appear in the adds on the right.

Be in other people's mailings/websites

I want to be able to approach people that send newsletters and the like to promote my site and I will give them a commission on each sale they bring. Also, I want to provide links in other people's websites so that when somebody clicks on their website on my link, I'll be able to give them a commision. You may realize I don't know much about this. Is this what is called affiliates? Do I have to give them an html code or something like that?

Create my own mailing lists

I want to send my own promotion email to a list to promote/advertise the book. The email has to match the website design.

I already have a domain name for this website but didn't get any hosting plan yet.

Please provide:
- cost and time for development.
- portfolio of similar projects
