This is what we are looking for :

1. We want the service provider, such as yourself , to search the Internet and find as many sites as possible , where we can create one of these : free subdomain , free blog ,free forum ,free guestbook, free board,etc.
2. The sites must be entirely written in some of the mentioned countries native languages - Swedish , Portuguese , Hungarian , Romanian . We need to find all of the sites, for all the countries I have mentioned in the description .
4.When you find such sites , you have to make a test subdomain in it , so we both have to be sure that the site really works.
