i need someone to increase traffic to this site through white hat techniques only.
let me know in a PM (not in your bid) a detailed mechanism for completing this.
We have press releases if you are interested in using those to help promote traffic.
also, if you are planning on using google adwords, or yahoo search marketing, or a similar program, you must let me know how much you are planning on spending on this per month.
if you have any people who have used your service, we would love to have their contact information so that we can contact them to see what they thought of your service. The more people you can provide us, the likelier your chances are of winning the project. (make sure you get their permission before you send their contact information to us)
you will be an independent contractor, and a contract must be in writing, and signed before any money is transferred and any work has begun. The contract will be written up by our legal team, and sent to you for your team to review and sign. It must then be sent back to us.
the contract will include exactly what is expected from both parties, along with an nda agreement, and an agreement discussing the independent contractor relationship.

if you receive $600 or more from us in a calendar year, we are required to send you a 1099, and thus you will have to fill out the appropriate tax forms before beginning the project/receiving any form of payment. (this is required for a long term relationship). THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS-FEDERAL TAX LAWS REQUIRE IT. IF YOU BID $600 OR OVER WE WILL ASSUME YOU ARE READY TO COMPLETE THE REQUIRED FORMS.
