Pro Traffic System is a U.S. Based SEO and Web 2.0 Marketing Firm Specializing in Web Domination for Local Businesses. We are seeking a firm that can handle the outsourcing services of our business for some or all of the components of the enclosed specifications.

The following departments or components constitute the necessary services for the setting up and maintenance of (1) Client Account. We have listed this in this manner so you can get a idea of scope of work and scalability for multiple accounts.

This particular job request is listed so that you can bid on the job in its entirety. This includes all the departments/components as one job as a whole.

With the current marketing plan we have in place we have an anticipated ramp up within the next 2-3 months of 5 accounts per month to 20 accounts per month, where each phase of our components/departments need to be implemented. The number of accounts we anticipate in the first 12 months is 135 and then growing at the end of the 12 months by a total of 20 accounts per month.

In other words, this process/job request is just for 1 account, and we need the bids and services of a firm that can repeat this process over and over for each client/account steadily as they come in. We are looking for a firm(s) that can grow with our company and offer scale ability to provide both new account set ups and ongoing promotion of existing accounts.

Please list the following the following in your bid.

1. Total cost for all tasks combine.
2. In your notes when you bid please break down the costs per department
3. Time Frame For Completion both for the whole job and individual departments
4. Number of Accounts you can handle Per Day
5. Minimum and Maximum Scale Ability for managing our accounts.

We will require the following creation of Web 2.0 Properties Per Each Keyword. You will receive the content for each property to be able to cut and paste for set up. You will have training videos on how to set up each property.

3. Add (3) Text Entries Related To The Keyword In Animoto that are provided.
4. Choose Music required, we will give you which one to select.
5. Mix Video In Animoto
6. Sign up for a viddler account for the client and Submit Video
7. Sign up for a revver account for the client and Submit video
9. Submit the video through trafficgyser account which we will provide you with
11. Record The URL for each video placed on viddler, revver, and youtube.
10. Record The RSS Feed URL for each video placed on viddler, revver, and youtube.
11. All Titles of the Video Must Use The Primary Keyword in the First 4 Words Of the Title

3. Enter Press Release and Submit.

Social Bookmarking Services
Pasting of Urls into our Social Bookmarking Tool and Set Up Of Project Account.
1) Set Up Bookmarking Account (Video instruction provided.
2) Paste approximately 30 URLs into the Bookmarking tool can be done with one keystroke from a notepad file.
3) Set UP On automated bookmarking (Video Instruction provided)
4) Once a Month Add Top 100 URL's from Yahoo site Explorer for (1) specific domain.
