Description:	I have a template but I need someone to customize it for me. The website needs to be approximately eleven pages. I need a Flash player screen on the home page where I can post a video. I need buttons added (six) that includes a "Log In" button as well as make a couple existing buttons drop down. I have pictures, logo and text that needs to be added as well. One page needs to be an "application packet request" form that can be submitted to my email as well as a "print out application packet" option as well, (application (pdf) is for online school).
