Description

Looking for part-time assistant to work on the following. Prefer to work with TEAM with positive G.A.F. feedback. I am a real estate agent, looking to have help doing the following:

Weekly Time Estimate

-Posting 3 Craigslist advertisements per day using template that is HTML-based. (5 Hours/ Week). I have pictures and data, must ensure posts are not flagged. You will have your own google account and are responsible for maintaining ads, removing when needed, etc.

-Make one update to real estate website per week, posting articles, new pictures, etc. that are sent. (3 hr/week) I have all content, need someone to format it, put it together and post. I will send occassional additions, you must be able to effectively put them in website.

-Develop two flyers per week using same template and photoshop that will be sent to me each Tuesday by 8:00AM in psd from (so I can make changes).(1/h week)

-Make occassional updates content updates website for side DJ and wedding business. (1/h week)

If you do well the first two weeks, I will increase the project amount and responsibilites. Looking for an anxious new team, with a strong grasp of English language but with reasonable prices.

BIDDING IS BASED ON A MONTHLY RATE. MUST HAVE STRONG ENGLISH BACKGROUND AND GAF RATING. NO EXCUSES.
