I'm looking for an honest self motivated individual who can work unsupervised for the following daily tasks.

1. Directory Submission Process: One way,inbound back links completely manual and patterned for my website.
all are one-way to my site.
all are permanent.
all are Come from relevant pages.
all Are from clean pages, no link to bad neighborhood.
all Do not have any kind of duplicate content.
All from different c-classes/different IP's.
Also gives me relevant traffic!

2. Article Submission Process: want 3+ quality PR sites.
3. Social Bookmarking process: most popular social bookmarking sites
4. press release Distribution
5. Video submission

NO BLACK HAT TECHNIQUE, FARM LINKING, OR ANY OTHER TECHNIQUE THAT SEARCH ENGINES WILL DISCOURAGE WILL BE TOLERATED. IF DETECTED PROJECT WILL BE TERMINATED AND ANY MONIES OWNING WILL BE FORFEITED.

I require a daily detailed spreadsheet of links and submissions and other seo work. The spreadsheet must contain URL's with PR, Login name, password and date Of Submission.

Applicant must have:

-A cam and be available to be viewed 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
-A dedicated email not hotmail, yahoo.
-Minimum of 2 years experience in SEO work, proof of this is required when applying.

i will only be so tolerant to power outages, if you have frequent power outages please do not apply.

You must be 100% punctual during your work time.

If any of the above conditions are broken applicant will jeopardize or cancel the future of the project.

The position is for 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week Mon to Fri.

You will be paid fortnightly and strictly no money is paid up front until services have been check and completed after your fortnights work. You will be able to view you pay in Escrow from day one and every fortnight thereafter.

The monthly pay is $400US.

Time required is 12 months with first month a trial basis only.
