Description:	Hi there, I require the services of a Virtual Assistant. This will be a long term engagement, I wish to build a relationship with one company, and have one excellent virtual assistant assigned to me with a team of back-up assistants. I require this service to be billed on an hourly basis, however, I will ge gauging perfomance on output (speed to complete tasks), and the quality of the work produced. My virtual assistant must have excellent written and spoken English, and may be required to make telephone calls as well. The main tasks you will be required to perform include: - Link building - Forum commenting - HTML setup, maintenance and design - Blog setup, customisation, maintenance (Wordpress) - Replying to emails - Research (and associated report writing) - formatting documents to certain specifications - Article writing - Simple banner design - Replying to emails - Basic Book-keeping - Advertising sales - Other tasks as required. Please reply to this project with details of your company (name, physical address, website, certifications), security measures you employ to ensure data remains confidential and your employees are properly screened. Please also include 3 references from current clients. Please also include a Curriculum Vitae of the virtual assistant you propose assigning to me. Include all relevant experience and education details. The volume of work required to be completed will probably average 10 hours per week, so it is okay if my virtual assistant also looks after other clients, please let me know how many clients the VA you are proposing for my account will have. Please include examples of the work completed by this specific virtual assistant (reports, articles, and info on other projects completed.) Please also include brief details on the backup team of VAs, and how the team is managed. I am Australian based, so will require work to be done in a timely manner which may occasionaly include 24/7 service for urgent work. Deadlines will generally be tight with 24 hours to complete projects. Please indicate your hourly rate for this virtual assistant position.
