Description:	My website needs a way for users to add their photos, and user information to get a user voter ID account. Then, they are registered to vote. They can register as candidates or voters, and elect representatives for an Elected Global Advisory Congress. Each page should be rateable on a five-star scale by valid users. It should be a color-rich site, but with slow web access --few photos--, and fast access options at the very first page. Then, a way to donate, a global budget, and national budgets would be shown. Elected officials would be viewable and ratable on a 1 to 100 point scale. Users get their own ´home´ page, with statistics like their voter ID, location, age, date of joining, amount donated, and votes cast. Also, they can choose their own political ideology to display, from Global Socialist to Global Anarchist, Green, Global Liberal, Global Classical Liberal, Global Democratic, Global Republican, Global Conservative, Global Libertarian, Omaisan, Global Utopian. They could create and upload a political party logo, or choose a stock logo. Then, they can add a quote below that. They could sign a petition to promote the idea of an elected global congress or parliament, and enter their friends´ email addresses to pass it on. They could create a consititution and grade (rate with five stars) each element. Any of the site elements could be provided by other websites or service providers. For example, a global map. Yet, they should not be directed away from the site, unless another site already does exactly what we need.
