Hello Bidders,

We did a website for a client a few months ago and now that it is up and running we need to provide a monthly traffic and trend analysis report.

Background:
===========
It is a standard LAMP website that uses the following tools to show traffic, ftp and login stats:

- AWSTATS
- Webalizer

The statistics are available in these packages but we need to present them to the management in a very professional looking report that shows the data clearly in graphic format with some summary analysis below the graphic. The summary analysis should talk about the reasons behind traffic patterns and trends and at the end of the report - a high level executive summary. This report will be delivered as a word/powerpoint document to the client.

Project scope:

The bidder has to extract the data from the tools listed above, create graphs or pie charts as needed and then write summary analysis and recommendations.

This project is for creating ONE traffic analysis report for one month traffic only. The report should be very professional looking and have analytical yet engaging analysis. It should be delivered either in MS Word or MS Powerpoint format.

- Only bidders who actively deliver these reports to their clients will be considered
- You must give one sample of report for an actual customer (you can keep their name confidential). I want to see the quality of the deliverables
- Please give details on your background as to why you can deliver this project. Serious bidders only
- There is an opportunity that this becomes a regular report that you may have to create monthly on an on-going basis, based on client approval of your first report
