Description: I need a website for a CPA firm. The structure of the website is a simple one:

- Home
- About Us
- Services
- Contact Us
- Links
- Clients reserved area

The project entails:

- Website design. Please bear in mind that you will probably doing this in english but I will have everything translated into portuguese so avoid non-editable words in pictures.
- Website development: all content must be editable via a "backoffice solution - if you can build this website using Wordpress or similar I would love it. If not, uploading and installation of the website will be made by you.
- The About Us area must allow for importing pictures of personnel and offices.
- The client reserved area is for file exchanging: the backoffice solution must allow for uploading of files (pdf) to which each client has access via a unique username/password.
- The Contact Us area must have a form for contact. Allow for a small questionnaire with multiple choice answers.
- A sign-up for a newsletter form should be available.
- Allow for a SitePal avatar integration ( see http://www.sitepal.com/ )
- Make the website search-robot friendly.
