Description: I need to have a website built that has the following specs:

The homepage should be absolutely beautiful. I am not looking for something that looks generic or something so artistic that it is crazy. I am looking for it to be clean easy to use, and very professional looking. I have no problem with existing templates, but the designer must be creative and have a sharp eye.

There will be 5-7 tabs across the front that will open up to specific pages. Each of those pages will have some general content, along with a set f tables so that I can display information in a comparative manner. On each of these pages, I will be comparing the services of 5 or so companies that offer that specific service.

There will be a space on the left, for a banner or a graphic of that company. Next to it, will be 3 or 4 sections, so that I can rate and describe them for various facets of their service. There will be 5 or 6 of them per page, one on top of the other, lined up so that viewers can easily make comparisons.

I will have an increasing number of articles that I will add to the site. I will need to have an easy way to create new pages for each article, and a way to add links to them just about anywhere I want. It should be fairly easy for me to manage those links and articles.

This may entail some general business/professional clipart, but I will do all of the copywriting. You will also need to create a very nice logo.

Each page will have a menu of links, to articles and other features, on the left side.

Additionally, and this is very important, I want you to add a few ideas for the site once I pick you. If you have a creative team, this can be the start of a wonderful long-term relationship.

The site MUST be built with SEO in mind. The title, tags, density, etc... must be able to pass my seo advisors approval.

Also, there may be some outside seo work for the winner, but please do NOT include that in your bid.

Please include in your bid, what type of platform you would build the site in.
