Description: We need a compact site to handle mass email processing on an opt-in (double and triple) basis.

The site will send out invitations to join certain interest groups and require the recipient to subscribe / opt-in.

Data collection would need to cover aspects including ip address of subscriber, time/date and other.

This should be a simple site with add-on pages for information. JOOMLA would be best and prefered for admin of actual site as news updates can be boxed and admin simpler than php for users.
