Description

Ok im new to this so here is what i want for my first website. I started a group to help with teen suicide prevention in my state. It is called Alabama Suicide Prevention. I really want to go all out on this so i will want forums and an admin control panel.

Built in theme system allowing me to switch between different layouts and
designs in seconds.
Fully customizable design
Advanced Admin system with separate admin accounts for each admin.
Multiple admin access levels. Assign varying access rights to different admin
accounts.
Higher level admins can ban ips, edit/create ladders and edit/create admin
accounts.
Full contact info for each user including email, website,
MSN, AIM, Yahoo etc.
Fully automated sign-up and validation system.
Rules and staff page can be changed from admin control panel
Search page allowing users to search for individuals
Newsletter function allowing admins to email all users

admin privledges should give them forum control to ban users from the forums, ip ban them for infractions and such.
Admins should be able to view a users profile and be able to see numbers of posts and notes for violations a user has.
i would also like to have some kind of live support for chat with admins

please note i have not yet purchased my server yet
