Description

I have several website templates to work from and redesign.
A template that I would like the site to be similar to is:
http://www.templateworld.com/templates-8223-880.html

The website that is to be redone is www.vsminvest.ca. The new site will maintain almost the same content as there is in this site. One of the major differences will be an articles/resource page where articles should be organized by category and date efficiently along with search functionality.

The key things I am looking for on this project is a simple, clean, business professional, organized site.

SEO is not necessary but would be a plus.
