I want a site like www.domainsatretail.com and want seo works for 1 year. site should appear top 10 at google and yahoo search result using at least 10 keywords. keywords will be supplied later. payment schedule:

30% after site design completed
30% after site first appeared top 10 list.
40% after 7 months of successful seo.

if you can achieve this goal, you will get seo work for this site and many of my othersites.
