Description
We need 100 +Pr1 one-way links for a business related website. (more specifications on PM). The selected service provider must accept and adhere to the NDA we will provide then upon their selection.The below must be followed
1.No porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy sites.
2.Links should have our topics (Software Development) theme.
3.English language web sites only.
4.Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
5.No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads,popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
6.The link page indexed with PR3 to PR5 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.
7.Must be on a search engine friendly page (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc.
8.Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo.
9.Must be a text link. no graphics.
10.Links must be permanent. No guestbooks, FFA's, Blogs, Classifieds, dynamic inks, forums ,etc.
11.Links must be on a website that is topically relevant.
12.If the link is on a links page there should not be more than 30 other total links on the same page - Inbound and/or outbound.
13.Page must not be disallowed by robots.txt
14.You must submit a list of all links including URL were I can find the link and PR of the linking page. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 3 to 5, not just a PR5 site.
15.One link per domain, all from different IP addresses.
16.Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code.
17.No Link Farms or directory submissions
18.No blacklisted or spam sites.
19.No link exchanges.
20.One way non-reciprocal links.
21.No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
22.Must be manually submitted.
23.No Articles.
24.No Links from the same C class IP address
25.Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
26.We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
27.Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties.
28.Must send me daily updates of links.
29.No sites that require ongoing payments
30.You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
31.Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire.
32.Please submit samples of 3-5 sites and/or locations you expect to use with bid.
