Description

$350 a site. I need 2 sites built a week.

I own a marketing business in the Chicago. I am looking to start an ongoing relationship with a web designer. I will need you to create standard websites for mostly service based businesses such as plumbers and storefront type companies (flower shops, small furniture stores etc...)

Below, I have added a example of a 5 page website in which I would be interesting in having. It is not a wordpress blog but other sites I create may need to be.

I also will need the sites to be search engine friendly. I have a small team of SEO experts on my side to do that work for me but I would like the sites to be able to handle SEO techniques and strategies.

I also may need some of the sites to have video as well... Nothing too fancy by any means here. Just basic, well laid out websites that have good clear images and are easy to navigate through.

I am looking for professional, well structured people to build my business around. I think this can be handled by 1 or possibly 2 people.

I also will need existing sites completely revamped and made similar to the 5 template site example.

My main needs after that are RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, English speaking, and you must have STRONG data backup protection. You must also be very savvy with Skype and be able to communicate with me in person at least 3-4 times a week by phone. Chicago area residents a plus.
